35 YEARS: The Force Has Been With Us — 

May 25, 1977… you may remember standing in lines to see a science-fiction/fantasy film called STAR WARS that had come to theaters. 20th Century Fox and George Lucas had no idea what a pop culture phenomenon it would become. 

Revenue for Star Wars and its sequel’s and prequel’s is close to $4.5 billion. Only the series of Harry Potter and James Bond have made more. The film’s actors; Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher instantly became household names. 

3D versions of all six Star Wars films are being made, Episode I has already been released.
